Job Responsibilities
1.Conduct research and analysis across various dimensions, including industry, enterprises, competitors, and consumers, to produce information briefs that provide crucial support for determining corporate strategy direction;
2.Participate in market visits, interviews with corporate executives, external experts, and consumers, and produce effective meeting minutes to provide valuable information for strategy research;
3.Engage in various special topic researches and discussions at different stages of projects;
4.Communicate effectively with mid-to-senior level personnel in client companies, follow up on strategic implementation, and dynamically propose optimization suggestions based on implementation results, competitive landscape, and changes in consumer perception.
Qualifications
1.Graduates from Project 985 and Project 211 universities, or the top 100 universities in the QS World University Rankings will be given priority;
2.Candidates with over three years of experience in brand management, marketing, product development, consulting, or industry research will be given priority;
3.A strong interest in the strategy consulting industry, along with commercial acumen, consumer insight capabilities, strong project management skills, and a high level of responsibility, is required;
4.Candidates should possess an open mindset, resilience, and excel in influential communication, as well as demonstrate keen learning abilities.
